Linens, towels and laundry washed in accordance with the Scottish Government guidance
Guest accommodation is disinfected between stays
Public areas are disinfected throughout the day.
Your guest room will not be cleaned daily during your stay

Step 1: Prepare . Proper preparation helps us a clean more efficiently and more safely
Step 2: Clean . For us, it's important to start by removing dust and dirt from surfaces, such as contact surfaces, countertops and floors
Step 3: Sanitize . We then use chemical disinfectants to help reduce the number of bacteria on high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs and TV remotes
Step 4: Check . We have a risk assessment and a checklist for each room for best practices on how to clean and sanitize different spaces
Step 5: Reset . To help prevent cross-contamination, we feel it's important to finish cleaning and sanitizing a room and then wash our hands before replacing items for the next guest
